Unimaginable Gratitude
I am grateful for the life AA has given me over 35 years. I had my last drink aged 30, now I am 65. I have travelled and moved around (lived in four countries) during that time. I’ve enjoyed success in my career, bringing comfortable retirement. I have managed family and health matters with civility. It’s all been down to AA.
When I came in, I thought my life was over. I couldn’t imagine enjoying life without being able to drink. How wrong I was and how grateful I have become.
