A Wonderful Idea
IT was suggested I write three gratitude lists. One for the things I am grateful to have, one for the things I am grateful not to have, and a third, the shortest but toughest of the lot…
A list of the things I am NOT grateful for. Then I need to find a way to get grateful for them, one at a time. The lessons they teach me, how working round them shows others it’s possible to overcome really difficult situations, how this too shall pass. It worked wonders.
