PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETINGS 2024
Public information meetings are held in central Milton Keynes, inviting professionals and to provide an insight into AA and how it works and we. Successful meetings had already been held in 2022 at the Gallery MK in Central Milton Keynes and also by having a table at the Healthwatch MK at Milton Keynes library.

Public Information events invite the public and professionals to provide an insight into AA and how it works. We are looking to hold an event on Friday 9th June 2023 at Central Milton Keynes train station and please contact Nick at pi.mkeynes@aamail.org if you’re interested in helping with that.

The Public Information Committee is here to provide information about AA in Milton Keynes to the general public and also professionals that may come into contact with the problem drinker. We can provide the following (all free of charge):
Leaflets and posters for professionals and their clients
On-site talks about AA to professionals
Organised events to which local professionals would be invited
Anonymous press interviews
Information about open meetings (AA meetings which non-alcoholics are welcome to attend)
Information stands at relevant events
