The benefits of an AA email account
- adds a layer of professionalism to your activities
- improves data protection and complies with GDPR best practices
- helps when officers rotate in and out of a role. The email address for the service position stays the same so the incoming officer can review conversations in order to follow them up. Third parties can reply at any time and their reply will be sent to the officer currently in the role.
