Urgent Meeting Changes

This section is designed as a place to publish meeting changes before they have made it to the central register (controlled by GSO), so that the information is immediately available. Please encourage everyone to check meetings here first especially over the main Christmas and Easter holiday periods.

1. GSRs should submit all urgent meeting changes to Alan H copying our Intergroup Secretary Clare F so that this section of our website and the handy 'Where-to-find' guides will be updated as soon as possible:

A printable copy of the latest Where-to-find guide can be found HERE.

This section will be updated where possible within 24 hours of receiving notifications. The WTF guides are updated and available on a quarterly basis at Intergroup Assemblies.

2. GSRs should submit a 'pink form' to GSO since they control the publishing of meeting information on the main AA site and our Intergroup Home Page. The form can be found by clicking HERE

New Meeting in HAVANT: Monday Women's meeting, starting Monday 6th January 2020, 19:30, duration 1 hour. The last Monday of each month will be an 'Open' meeting. Venue: The Upstairs Lounge, Havant United Reform Church, 37 North Street, Havant, PO9 1PP. Car parking is available in the Meridian Centre, or Prince George Street, Havant. Click HERE for the flyer.

Catisfield Sunday - please note the address on the website and the 'Where-to-find guides is wrong. Catisfield Memorial Hall is No. 22 Catisfield Lane (and not no. 52). It's a bit hard to find anyway because it's set well back from the road down a long driveway between two blocks of houses and is not visible from the road. Look for the Hall's noticeboard at the entrance. There is plenty of parking once inside.
