In Alcoholics Anonymous, we are available to support and help employers and alcoholics in the workplace – as a completely free service.

Employment Liaison Officer

Our Employment Liaison Officers can advise HR professionals, trade unions, government departments, and employment agencies on how best to signpost employees to AA for support.

AA for Employers

It can be daunting dealing with an employee struggling with alcoholism.

Their drinking can harm themselves and others in the workplace. You will see declining standards of work, absenteeism, and health and safety risks.

Alcoholics Anonymous supports employers by helping employees struggling with alcohol through free, confidential support. We offer talks for managers/staff to share resources and raise awareness.

AA provides:

• Free, confidential support – no referrals/paperwork needed
• Proven peer support community
• Access to UK-wide in-person and online meetings daily
• Trusted for 80+ years
