Our usual delivery timescale is 7-10 days from order. Small orders (letters / large letter size) are dispatched by Royal Mail(2nd class), packets and larger parcels are dispatched via DPD(tracked). Our sender / return details are shown as GSO, not AA. Ordering information can be found in our FAQ page.
Customs: Please note that items going outside the UK will be subject to customs / VAT charges which are to be paid by the recipient. See the FAQ page for information about our overseas & international Customs Charges.

If you would like to pay by cheque, please download an Order Form fill it out and send it in with your cheque written out to the General Service Board for the total amount. If you are visiting the General Service Office in York in person, we are open Monday-Friday 9.30am – 4.30pm only.
Ecommerce Policy
Our e-commerce policy is governed by World Service agreements and copyright legalities which we are obliged to observe. We sell only literature which is available in the current GSO GB literature catalogue, to buyers within Great Britain and Continental Europe.
