Midlands Region Assembly holds 4 business meetings per year and, in addition, meets for a half day pre Conference to give our intergroup responses to Questions for Conference to our delegates.
Meetings take place at Derby Conference Centre, London Road, Derby, DE24 8UX
Meetings are held on Sundays, start at 10:30 and finish around 2:30. There is a half hour break for lunch, please bring your own to eat in the meeting room. Tea and coffee is provided.
Meetings are attended by Region Officers, Region Reps and Trustee. Any member is welcome to attend as an observer, giving them the opportunity to find out more about Midlands Region and service opportunities available.

20th September 2026 – 12 Concepts workshop & business meeting.
22nd November 2026 – AGM & group conscience.
