Roundabout Sub-committee Vacancies

At present, there are no vacancies for the Roundabout Sub Committee. When there is a vacancy, it will be advertised here, so please watch this page if you are interested. The details of the most recent advertisement are shown so you know what the job might entail.

We need a volunteer to help with the production of the magazine
every month. The magazine is produced by the Editorial Team in accordance with
the Roundabout house style. The work includes reading and typing articles, rating
them as suitable for publication, proofreading and general support to the Editor in
maintaining the monthly schedule. Roundabout also has a presence on the AA
website, which is updated monthly. Most of the work is done at home, and the team
meets 4/5 times per year in Glasgow.

Successful applicants will become members of the Roundabout Sub Committee.
They should have a minimum of 5 years’ continuous sobriety, be able to read and reply to emails and have good
English literary skills.

We welcome applicants from all parts of Scotland. Application forms are available
from GSO or are downloadable from the website document library. (A pdf version may be downloaded from here.) These should be returned to GSO accompanied by a letter of support from Intergroup or Region.
