The Metropole is a beautiful Victorian spa hotel with modern leisure facilities and a big welcome.
Accommodation from £168 per person for the whole weekend. This includes accommodation on Friday and Saturday, dinner and entertainment in Friday evening and Saturday breakfast, dinner with set three-course menu. Breakfast and refreshments on Sunday. Contact the hotel for rates for single nights.
- Large car park behind the hotel (camper vans are not permitted overnight).
- Leisure facilities for Metropole residents - swimming pool and spa.
Convention registration from 2 pm Friday.
Registration - 10pounds payable on arrival for the whole or part of the weekend.
Refreshments - tea, coffee, Welsh cakes and biscuits - £1.
Day visitors and Al-Anon welcome.
Accommodation
A £20 non-refundable deposit per person will be requested upon booking with full payment in by six weeks prior to arrival. Check-in time is 4pm (Thursday or Friday). If you wish to arrive earlier, please make a request to the hotel.

Cancellation policy
60% of the total booking value is payable if the accommodation is cancelled 7-2 days before your arrival date. 100% of the cost is payable if cancellation is one day before your due arrival date. If the committee is able to re-sell your accommodation, charges will be waived.
