Pink form

• Have you started a new AA meeting?  This is the form you need to fill out to register it with the General Service Office

• Has your meeting changed time or location?  Is the information about the trusted servants in your group current?

If the General Service Office is not kept up to date, then your group could be missing important information and feel left out in the cold.  To remedy this, you need to fill out the ‘pink form’ to create and amend your details.

It is the group’s responsibility to keep all information up to date with the General Service Office and not Intergroup.
