London Croydon Epsom & Sutton Intergroup
There are around 29 meetings in the Croydon, Epsom and Sutton area, covering: Ashtead, Banstead, Carshalton, Croydon, Epsom, New Addington, Sutton, Wallington, Walton-on-the-Hill, Worcester Park and a few of the meetings just outside our area in Leatherhead and Purley but fall under our Croydon, Epsom and Sutton area. We together form the GESIG Intergroup which carries the message of AA in a number of ways.
For example, we:
- Help operate the AA telephone helpline and respond to 12th-step calls from our area
- Respond to request for AA talks in schools and at community meetings
- Hold events such as a mini-convention, workshops and a camping convention
- We put on events for professionals in the area to explore how AA may help their organization
The Intergroup meets every two months, on the first Tuesday evening in February, April, June, August, October and December at a venue in Wallington. Any AA members can attend.

Volunteering for service: We are always looking for AA members to help carry the message, and there are a number of service positions in our Intergroup area which need to be filled. If you would like to volunteer to help, you will need to come along to the meetings and let us know.
