Online Response Service:
- What is it? An email service where members use their experience to help encourage the still suffering alcoholic to make contact with an AA group or a 12 stepper via the AA Telephone Service.
Chat Now Service:
- What is it? The primary purpose of the Chat Now Service is to answer live, real time queries from the still suffering alcoholic and to give them information about the telephone helpline. Where desired and possible, we can also offer meeting information, either online or physical.
