GSO has produced some 'Questions' to Consider' when starting up meetings and they can be found HERE

Check meeting details carefully as timings, venues and access may have changed from what they used to be. Where stated, the meeting capacity is less than the current maximum as prescribed by government guidelines. This is due to meeting room constraints.

There are four types of meeting now:
  1. The physical meeting either replaces the Zoom meeting or there was no existing Zoom meeting - Physical only
  2. The physical meeting and Zoom meeting are combined into a Hybrid meeting. You can find the relevant Zoom meeting in the 'ONLINE MEETINGS' section of the website.
  3. The Zoom meeting continues without a physical meeting - Zoom only. Zoom meetings will continue to appear in the 'ONLINE MEETINGS' section of the website.
  4. The Zoom meeting continues and runs separately from the physical meeting - Parallel meeting.
The meeting type will be indicated in this section.
