Applying for an AA email address

1. Complete an intergroup officer registration form

Email our General Service Office at groupinformation@gsogb.org.uk or download a form from the forms section of the document library on the AAGB website. After GSO receive your completed form you will be sent a link to the online Confidential Directory and a password to access it. The directory lists intergroup and region officers throughout the UK

2. Obtain an AA email account

Visit the Helpdesk and select 'Application for an AA email address' from the 'Topic' dropdown menu. You should receive a confirmation email with your new email address and a password within a few days.

3. Access your new account

Visit the email page on the AAGB website or go directly to https://webmail.aamail.org

4. The benefits of an AA email account

  • adds a layer of professionalism to your activities
  • improves data protection and complies with GDPR best practices
  • helps when officers rotate in and out of a role. The email address for the service position stays the same so the incoming officer can review conversations in order to follow them up. Third parties can reply at any time and their reply will be sent to the officer currently in the role.
5. Any questions

Please email our Electronic Communications Liaison Officer, Alan M:
