AA is here to listen to any concerns you have around drinking, such as:
- concern you cannot control your drinking
- think you’re too young to be an alcoholic
- feel you need help as drinking has become a problem
- worry about blackouts when drinking
- feel alcohol is ruining your life
- struggle to stop drinking
It doesn’t matter what sex, gender, class, ethnicity, colour, or age you are. It doesn’t matter if you are poor or you’re well off. All religions are represented, as are atheists and agnostics.
There is no formal creed or conditions to membership.
We are united by one common problem: alcohol. Our only purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety.
You are always welcome to join the thousands of men and women in AA who have put their drinking problems behind them and now lead lives of constructive, day by day sobriety.
