Alcoholics Anonymous (GB Ltd.) would like its users to read the following Privacy Statement, with regards to the processing of information collected on our site.

  • The AA site utilises Microsoft IIS web server which monitors and logs IP information from all visitors to the site. This information does not contain any personal details of users and is stored and accessed strictly for statistical purposes as noted in our Cookie Policy.
  • Any information submitted to AA via the facilitation of online forms or via email communications will be treated in confidence.
  • AA will not disclose any personal information to any third parties.
  • The AA site facilitates online purchasing of literature. Personal information is sent securely using a 128-bit SSL certificate. Electronic payments are handled by PayPal.
  • At no time is credit/debit card information stored on our servers.
