Finding other Help Line numbers, to pass on a callers information, can sometimes be a challenge.
Asking the caller for the nearest town can put them off too,
being somewhat shaky, the thought of going to town for an AA meeting can seem a horrendous prospect for a still suffering caller.
I used to ask for their Post Code and then Google it, more recently we created this application, it may not 100% accurate, because of service area borders, but it can always be updated.
A stand-alone app that will allow you to search for Help Lines by using the place name or area code of the caller:
(first part of the post code is the area code)
