Contact tracing is mandatory at the venue so you will need to give your name and telephone number on arrival. We are also not permitted to gather outside the venue before, during or after the meeting so please ensure you head inside promptly.  There is also a strict no smoking requirement anywhere outside the venue so people will need to move a few minutes walk away from the church if they wish to smoke. Apologies for the strictness of these guidelines but we need to preserve our venue booking at all costs. Capacity is 15 (+ 8 in a separate overflow room as needed) and attendance is on a first come, first served basis, subject to newcomers and those in need. All attendees must wear masks.  If capacity is exceeded, please approach one of the trusted servants for advice.  We look forward to welcoming you back.
