Public Inofrmation. Stephen verbally presented his AA CV. Seconded by Catherine. Votes in favour: 11. Against 0. Abstentions 0. Congratulations Stephen!

10.   Gratitude Week: 10th June 2017. Please ask your home group to make a collection for gratitude week. Money collected should be bought to the next intergroup.

11.      AOB. Member distributed pink forms (for updating meeting info) and circulated fliers for Banstead camping convention happening 10-13 August 2017. Peter C asked whether it was appropriate to give away Big Books to newcomers? Mick said that it is entirley down to each group to decide if it wanted to /could afford to. Gordon suggested that often, 'freebies' are not valued. The act of buying you own big book is significant. We have the discreto to help members, and give books when appropriate. Peter H mentioned that the Daryll Road venue no longer allow dogs. Tom said increasingly, venues are prohibiting dogs (not guide dogs).
