The File Storage Area

This facility is provided for various parts of the service structure to store and disseminate information.

It can be found by clicking here. You should be presented with a box similar to the one below. Enter your given username and password, then you should be able to enter your file storage area.

.

  1. If your username ends with '1', then you have 'Level 1 access'. This password will normally be issued to the ECLO for the body concerned, and allows full access to the FileStore.
  2. If your username ends with '2', then you have 'Level 2 access'. This password will normally be issued to the officers of the body concerned. It allows them to load files to the storage area, and to read/download any other files which may be there. If you wish to delete an existing file, please ask the ECLO to do it for you.
  3. If your username ends with '3', then you have 'Level 3 access'. This password will normally be issued to the members of the body concerned. They may read/download any  files which may be there.

Applications for storages space can be made by contacting us through this link.

When making the request please include the service body that require it.

N.B. This area should not be used as a facility to back up critical information - it is purely designed to help disseminate information.
